The DVD Set of 2 that comes with the cookbook features videos with a narration of "how to" cook the recipes from the cookbook; each video clip is 2 to 4 minutes. The DVDs also have many of the recipes.

This Cookbook and DVD Set was designed and implemented by students and staff at West Coast Alternate School. West Coast Alternate is a school designed to work with students with FASD.
